1 - Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates cause you to gain weight. The truth is carbohydrates should be a part of your diet but not in excess. Carbohydrates contain fat as well as sugar when eaten in the right proportion and maintaining an active lifestyle should not cause you to become heavier. The only time carbohydrates become linked to any weight gain is when these are taken in large quantity while at the same time leading a sedentary lifestyle. This means you are not moving about often.


2 - Fats

Absolutely avoid fats. It is not just possible to completely avoid fats because this   has been a part of our menu or diet long before we have come to exist in this world. Think about this whenever we cook we use oil and oil is one form of fat. What we need to do is choose the kind of fat that we will take in. For example, there should be a distinction between saturated oil like animal fat and healthy vegetable oil like olive oil. If you are really conscious with your figure, the next time you cook use olive oil instead of the ordinary cooking oil.
